2012 has brought with it some new things in my life...my iPhone!! Nathan surprised me with a used one a couple weeks ago and I'm totally hooked. We don't have a data plan, but we do have Wifi at home, so I can use it around the house and any place that has wifi. So far I've discovered...
1. Cozi.com (family calendar site) I can make to do lists and keep track of our family plans. Nathan can log on and add his appointments too. I've tried the calendar/planner and it never really worked for me. It's very easy and simple looking.
2. Pinterest.com (thanks to many of you friends who have recommended the site!) Nathan and I are finally decorating our house. I've spent hours looking up decorating ideas for the main floor and the girls' room.
I've painted some more, we put a beautiful Norway scenery mural in the living room, we rearranged the furniture and plan to do much, much more. It just takes time and money to get it done, right!
3. Seattle Public Library website
I am on the site almost daily putting holds on books and movies for me and the girls. I love, love this new kids' series by Cynthia Rylant called Brownie and Pearl. It's simple text, which Linnea can already "read" to me and darling illustrations. Our favorites are Brownie and Pearl Hit and Hay and Brownie and Pearl Get Dolled Up. Stinkin' Cute, check it out!
During naps and evenings I've been rereading Harry Potter. I told Nathan last night, "I'm obsessed!" Just finished #6, Half Blood Prince and am ready to pick up the last one "Deathly Hallows."
What should I read next? I'm interested in reading a series.
4. Taking Photos with my iPhone...
My last phone was terrible. The touch screen drove me crazy and photos never turned out. Here a some I've taken so far on my iPhone.
