Sofia and Linnea Meet

While we were in the hospital, Linnea spent the first night with Grandma Sylvia and Grandpa Tom and the second with Mikki, Ben and Andy.  I heard that Linnea was so excited to show her grandparents Mikki’s house.  She was pretty excitable.  The next day, our 2^nd day in the hospital, Mikki brought Linnea and Andy to the hospital to see us.  We had been trying to prepare Linnea for this huge change and were very curious how she would react.  Supposedly, Nathan and I both did not take to our new siblings well.  As for Linnea, she was a doll.  As Nathan put it, she was awe struck by Sofia!  She gasped and was very quiet.  She kissed her, touched her little fingers and toes.  She said, “Sofia come out!”  Finally! She had been asking for a long time, “Sofia still there?” as she points to my belly.  Mikki even helped Linnea make a little card dictated with, “I love you Sofia!” and “Thank you for Sofia.”  Wow, it was just darling seeing them meet.
