At four months Sofia is rolling over, scooting around in her crib, grabbing at things, doing the "superman" (arms and legs extended on her tummy) and just yesterday she pushed up on the arms like a half push-up. She loves being physical, like standing in my lap. She doesn't like to just lay in your arms except when she's eating. She will not fall asleep in my arms. I have to put her in her crib and let her fuss some before she'll fall asleep at naptime.
I LOVE being a stay at home mom. I have dreamed of being home with my kids since I was pregnant with Linnea. I wasn't sure how'd I do because I'm most successful and happy when I have a schedule, like school. So I have tried to create a flexible schedule to keep up busy and somewhat organized ( not my strong skill). Sofia has her eating, playtime, naptime schedule that repeats all day. Linnea has meals, playtime, learning time with me, and naptime. There are couple outings we do every week, like the library story time, toddler time, playdates with Mikki, Andy and Bridget and the zoo. One day Linnea goes to grandma's and I keep Sofia. That's house cleaning day. So I feel really great about my start with this new career. I also have just started tutoring a 4th grader twice a week, which is so fun for me. I can plan lessons for her and help her with homework. Money is tight now, so tutoring helps a little.

| Nathan carrried Linnea most of the way. Linnea loved running on the trail. I carried Sofia up and Hailey carried her down. Great workout! |
